I bought Prince2 agile practitioner with exam and I requested my exam voucher on 8 August thinking to pass the exam during my holidays but yet we are in November, and I still didn’t receive the voucher.Everything goes well until you request your exam voucher. I first was surprises when receiving an email saying it takes 7-24 business days to issue the voucher which is not something they mention when you purchase the course. In September they said they were overwhelmed with the demand for exam voucher (like everyone had the same idea to pass the exam in the middle of August). Then they keep delaying without providing a timeline neither an explanation of what the real issue is. Since October, they are giving my voucher top priority but now in November they don’t answer emails.I bought the course to pass the exam, not to view videos I can find on youtube or get mock exam that are available on Axelos website (downloadable in pdf). Be careful if you think taking the Prince2 exam with them. Lot of time and money wasted.
