He was diligent, offered thoughtful solutions, and completed the work to a very high standard - even making good plasterwork over buried cables. The job was bigger than just the oven connection - including an additional cable for an immersion heater upstairs and blanking off an unused socket and all jobs were done neatly and promptly.
