Worst experience when buying a phone

I bought an iPhone in Jan. 2024 with very good condition as shown on Alloallo's website, but received a bent phone, scratched screen, battery only 77% (not 80% as information on the website), and the phone cable was not the original one. I aksed them to return the phone and refund my paid money immediately after that, however until now (early April) I've not received my refund from Allo Allo, even though I have contacted many times and asked about that. Allo Allo's support always argued that they would handle my problem, but then they disappeared for a while. The last time I contacted them to ask about my refund, they sent me an automatic email that "help@alloallo..." is no longer available. I am extremely disappointed and quite angry about their handling of customer complaints, because I paid for the iphone, but still have not received my money back. I don't understand what they are doing to customers. What's worse, they said free delivery but did not mention or clearly note to customers on their website about the customs tax surcharge, and Fedex asked me to pay more than 80 Euro for this fee. Too harsh for a refurbed phone. Please pay attention when buying products on this website if you are from Europe or somewhere else not from Hong Kong or China.
