I bought some outdoor lights in September 2024. When they arrived they looked very cheap (I paid £149) so asked for a refund. I was then told the return address was in China (despite them having a London address) and must be returned at my own expense! The alternative was take 10 percent refund now. I did return them but 5 months later I’m still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from this company, terrible customer service, cheap products.
Package did not come from Amsterdam as you might believe, it came direct from china and the product had strange and poor qualitative led-lights that flickered. The pink lamp that I bought only looks bubblegum pink when light is off. Otherwise it looks superlight pink/white.
