I am sharing my personal experience with this company to inform other traders.My trading account was closed, and my profits were confiscated based on allegations of “market manipulation” and so-called “pump and dump” activity. These are terms I heard for the first time from this company, and I strongly dispute these claims.I traded manually by analyzing price charts and executing trades at the prices provided directly by the company’s own liquidity feed. I did not use any bots, algorithms, or automated systems, nor did I influence prices or engage in any coordinated activity. I simply entered and exited trades based on market analysis.It is important to note that EUR/CHF is a highly liquid forex pair. From a technical standpoint, it is not possible for a retail trader trading standard lot sizes to manipulate such a market. Applying “pump and dump” terminology to normal FX trading is, in my opinion, inappropriate and misleading.All trading conditions I used — including leverage, lot sizes, trading hours, and execution — were provided and permitted by the company itself at the time of trading. I did not bypass any systems or act outside the platform’s allowed functionality.Despite multiple emails sent to the company, I have not received any meaningful response. My account was closed without a clear explanation, I cannot access it, and 6,248 USD of my funds has been withheld and not paid to me.At the time of registration, the Client Agreement I reviewed explicitly stated that scalping was permitted. Any restrictions introduced later on inaccessible website pages cannot be applied retroactively.I am still waiting for a transparent explanation, a completed review process, and the release of my withheld funds. I am posting this review to document my experience publicly and hope the matter will be resolved fairly and professionally.
