I was looking to order around £1,000 of en-suite china and furniture, and wanted to get a technical drawing I could read (that on the website was too faint and pixelated when enlarged).I used the Chat function, and the Chatbot directed me to email technical@. I did but received no reply, I resent the following day, to no avail.So I emailed the info@ address provided on the website, only to receive a reply that it was not monitored!I am not going to risk dealing with a company that does not monitor the inbox to which they direct customers, and have spent my money elsewhere.Their loss.
