Despite reasonable reason for not wanting these hearing aids I have not been refunded even though I advised them 12 hours after paying for them. I have no use for the hearing aids and already have top of the line hearing aids worth $6000.00. The advertising promises are not true. I asked them to stop the order and the response is - “it’s already on its way”. Yet received a message the next day saying my product was being packaged.Don’t be an idiot like me. Don’t fall for the advertising promising something they can not deliver. The customer service is terrible.
