Purchased an AC180 almost two years and it was working well. It developed an issue, and I contacted customer support. Support personnel had me try a few things with no success. They generated an RNA for me to return the unit for repair. Although their testing did not reveal any issues with the unit, since I had demonstrated an actual issue, they shipped me out a totally new unit!New unit is working flawlessly. I will no concerns as I bring it out camping with me later this summer.
