I like the fact that it was easy to ship. My only issue is I didn't get to choose which carrier delivered the package (bike). I didn't know who the carrier was until I got the labels printed out. For future reference fed ex are thief's the carrier takes the package and says he/she delivered it with a picture of a random door. It's happened multiple times so I refuse to use their servicesl.
