Worst delivery company I've ever seen. The delivery people are irresponsible and bad at service. My first bad experience was in December 2024 when a purchase from AliExpress was left in another apartment. Due to the delivery person's laziness. I lost part of my money because they don't give me a 100% refund. Now in April 2025 I bought it again from AliExpress thinking it could be different, but it was even worse. They lost the package and the delivery person said there was a restriction in my area. At the very least, he must have stolen it or was too lazy to deliver it. When I questioned the carrier, they never know, they send an email saying it was lost and now I can't get a refund. The funniest thing is that I receive deliveries from Amazon and USPS every day without any problems. The worst thing is using Chinese services.
