Poor Customer Service!!Have emailed them twice about missing items from my order; CDS169767. To-date, no response. It appears they don’t like phone calls because they don’t publish any numbers where customers can contact them with queries. They’re quick to take money from people’s account but when there are problems, they’re mute. Have learned my lesson; I will not purchase from this company again.Now I have to chase them for a refund. The cheek of them, very unprofessional.I wouldn’t recommend Candles Direct
