The worst experience with a courier company. The attitude of the employees (those from the offices) leaves much to be desired. Parcel delivery in 17 days (when it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days). No one answers customer contact phones, and when it happens (after 20, 40, 50 minutes), you are scolded for mistakes that they also make. Before making a contract with this company, look at the rights and obligations of each party, the deadlines for resolving problems that arise are very long (that is, if they solve them). Nu raspunde nimeni la telefoanele de contact cu clienții, iar atunci cand se întâmplă (dupa 20, 40, 50 de minute), ești certat pentru greșelile care le fac tot ei. Înainte de a face un contract cu această firmă, uitați-vă la drepturile și obligațiile fiecărei părți, Termenele de soluționare a problemelor apărute este foarte mare (asta dacă le soluționează). Am două sesizări deschise la ei, nu am primit niciun răspuns.
