The shipping process took entirely too long and even though it was only in the preparing shipment stage, I was unable to cancel only offered the opportunity to send it back for a fee. I wanted to cancel because I was able to catch the restock on the real versace website and paid less to purchase them. I also purchased them because there was no guaranteed timeline from cettire on when my items would arrive, whereas the real versace website had a shipping estimate of 2-3 days. I wanted to make sure I got them before valentine's day for my man. Now the REAL kicker, the items did not come in a versace box, or any type of authentication that they were real, just in a plastic bag. I received the slippers from the real versace store a couple days before in a genuine versace box sealed and with a card and when the two were compared together the cettire slippers were a couple shades lighter than the ones from the versace store which made me question their validity even more! Never again will I purchase from this site. All in all, a terrible experience.
