Awful experience with delays.

Awful experience. I believe the order processing is extremely slow (I placed an order on December 22nd, and as of January 6th, it is still being processed and hasn't shipped). The communication from the support team is very slow, and their responses feel overly formal without any genuine effort to help or resolve the situation.

While the same bag is listed for RM19,950 (approximately USD 4,768.58) at the boutique in Malaysia, I managed to get it for only USD 3,055.69, resulting in a 36% discount. At first, I had some doubts due to mixed reviews on a review platform, mainly about returns rather than authenticity. However, I’m thrilled I decided to go for it. Shipping was prompt — I placed my order on December 21 and received it by December 26 via DHL from Italy to Malaysia. For peace of mind, I had the bag authenticated by a certified provider, and it was confirmed to be 100% authentic. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will certainly consider the seller for future bargains instead of retail.

The store provides a solid selection of quality items at prices that are somewhat lower than retail. The whole process, from ordering and payment to delivery, was seamless and easy if you have a clear idea of what you need. Enhancing the shopping experience with better filtering and sorting options, along with more comprehensive product descriptions, could make it even better. I would certainly recommend it and plan to return often.

Disappointing Experience with Damaged Shoes

I purchased nearly $400 shoes for my boyfriend's birthday, and while the company still lists his size for sale, they informed me that the only pair they could provide were damaged. They sent pictures showing scratched shoes. I declined and requested either a new pair or a significant discount. They only offered a 5% discount and refused to send a different pair or allow me to wait for a restock. The communication was also excessively slow. Ultimately, I received a refund after over a month of waiting.

Disappointing Experience with Order and Support

I ordered an item that was supposed to ship within 48 hours. After waiting 3 days, I reached out to the support team for an update. I received an automated and unhelpful response. Eventually, a representative replied, stating they would 'forward my message to the team.' The next day, I received an automated email informing me that my order was canceled due to being out of stock. I highly recommend avoiding this service due to their poor customer support and disorganization.

Hidden Return Fees are Outrageous

Nowhere on the website does it mention a $78 charge for returns. This feels like a complete scam. I am planning to pursue a chargeback once my return is processed, as I have taken screenshots of the site to prove my point. I strongly advise against shopping here; it feels like a true scam. Additionally, the images of the clothing are misleading. I expected the pants to have a ruffle at the end, but they do not.

The delivery representative couldn't locate my name or address, even though everything was correct. Now, I have to pay for return shipping, along with duties and taxes that will be incurred again when the shipment returns to Italy.
