⭐ 1 star (would give 0 if possible)This company is a scam.I was redirected to their website by mistake while trying to get help from the manufacturer of my device.They charged me £35 and provided absolutely NO help.I wasted three hours chatting with an agent who needed 5–15 minutes to respond to every single message. In the end, their only “solution” was to tell me to contact the manufacturer directly — something I could have done myself from the beginning.They did nothing and still took my money.Avoid this company at all costs.If zero stars were possible, I would give zero.

I am 86 r/s old, on a state pension - I thought I was asking Curry’s about a problem I had, I was asked to pay a refundable £1 to CHAT WITH TECH SUPPORT, which I stupidly did – I then got a phone call from 01604 913120. I REALISED I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. I did not press any buttons. I asked Google who this number is and read that they are scammers. Fortunately, my bank, Virgin Money, picked this up, and all payments were cancelled. Thank you, Virgin Money. Who would think Curry’s would use a company that scams their Customers for Technical support? R. Rogers

I had an issue with my phone

I had an issue with my phone. They just copied and pasted a load of genetic troubleshooting suggestions from a Google Search. Pathetic. They didn't look into the exact issues and solve the problem, Useless.
