AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They misrepresent delivery times and provide no communication when I inquired about my order. I have requested a refund but still haven't heard back. Terrible service, and I will be reporting them.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered wine in August and never received any updates. After following up, they mentioned issues with their supplier but continued to show the items as 'in stock' online. By the end of October, I was notified of a refund despite my repeated requests for the products. I was not informed beforehand. To make matters worse, I noticed that the price had increased significantly after my order was canceled. This feels like deceptive advertising, and I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities. It's clear they are trying to improve their ratings with fake reviews.

10 week delivery time

I ordered 36 bottles costing over $1500 on 12th August and recieved them on 24th October (although was sent 9 bottles after 6 weeks). How can a company accept an order for stock they obviously do not have.

Received refund for undelivered items

Received refund for undelivered itemsThe prices appeared slightly lower than other places, and the delivery was identified as 2-3 days so I purchased around $150 worth of drinks for a birthday party. Unfortunately the products did not arrive within the timeframe. A week or so later I received an email from the company offering to send a refund which I accepted.

Prices are great, delivery could be bit quicker

Ordered twice given the materially low prices. First ordered delivered super quick whilst the second had a couple of days delay but well communicated and sent an apology with a nice little gift - much appreciated!
