This company's billing practices are completely unacceptable. I followed their process and cancelled my subscription in good faith, yet they have continued to take money from my account. This has happened not once, but TWICE since I cancelled.It feels like a scam. They make it easy to sign up but impossible to leave. I am now being forced to consider legal action and reporting them to my bank just to get my own money back. Do not give this company your card details unless you want to be charged indefinitely with no way to stop it. I am absolutely furious with the lack of service and the stress this has caused. Avoid them.
