I applied for a DBS, the pricing is unclear and is actually £86.50 so ignore any other figures, since i applied on the 3rd October i was charged £86.50 again and i have been charged 4 x £8.00 in the last 2 months. Steer clear of this provider, i have registered a complaint today.
applied in September for a check on an employee and still no responce this was 86.50 to hear nothing back and the company makes it so you can not send email or communicate with this company tommorow we are going to go via the bank to procure a refund for not providing the service shocking this delays businesses in proceeding with job offeres
Clearcheck isn't just a scam they actually STOLE over 200 pounds from me.It is STOLEN since I asked in writing, one working day after engaging them, for cancellation after reading reviews. They did refund me about 28 pounds almost 2 years later. But over 200 pounds is still outstanding.I have made polite request in writing without response.Companies House reveals one agent of the company who is also an agent of a company that amongst other genuine services redirects traffic. Clearcheck's main expense is ensuring Clearcheck appear top of the search.To THIS agent of the company - you have committed fraud. Refund me please.
