My experience was frustrating, from the delayed shipping to the misleading product description. I ordered printed sheets for an additional $20, but despite multiple emails confirming they were "included in shipment," I only received digital downloads. I never actually got the prints, and when I requested a refund due to the confusion, I was informed they are non-refundable. The large screen is much smaller than expected, and the quality is poor, leaving stains when cleaned. I'm extremely disappointed that this was featured as a top toy/gift.
