Preyed on addiction

I have a severe gambling addiction, one that controls and ruins my life! On 11/18 I advised crashduel of that after losing every dime I had to my name and sent them a copy of my Ohio casino ban I signed! They stated that they take responsible gaming seriously and would immediately and permanently close my account. Well guess what, they didn’t do as stated (I have the emails to prove this) and then my addiction kept me playing. I won some at first and then lost all that and more to the point I had no money for food or anything. This would not have happened if they were a responsible business and close my account like they said they would. Instead they decided to not tell the truth and didn’t close my account so they could take more money from me even though they knew I was an addict and did not play for fun or entertainment. It took threats to get them to finally close my account and I begged them to just return some of the deposits on the last day 11/21 three days past the date they were aware of my addiction and were supposed to permanently close my account and they refused. Eventhough they know I am broke and have no money for food they still refused. Now I see why they didn’t do what they promised to do and kept my account open as they wanted to take the rest of the money I had! If you have been victimized like me:I suggest you write a review here and other places. Contact your state attorney general and file a complaint Dispute the charges with your bankFile a fraud report with the FTC. Oh by the way, you should also know this is a foreign owned business and no telling where the money they take from you actually goes! Please avoid this site and play at a reputable land based casino if you can gamble for entertainment and are not an addict like me Reply to their reply: the fact remains that I asked to be permanently banned due to addiction on 11/18 and even sent them a copy of my state casino ban. They promised to close account and didn’t which got me in this situation. They have my contact info and if they wanted to do the right thing and help me they would have reached out and done so! Instead they chose to keep the money that I need for food and rent and the whole thing seems to be by design! I reached out to them like the reply says but you and me both know they won’t do the right thing as they already had plenty of time to do so and don’t need me to contact them to issue a refund for deposits after the ban request!
