The team acknowledged my review, which raises questions about the integrity of the process. If they believed my review was unfounded, why did they not act sooner? It seems there may be inconsistencies in the review process. My experience with this organization was disorganized. They expected onboarding, training, and production all in one week, without accommodating technical difficulties in accessing training materials. Communication issues arose with HR and IT, making it hard to get support. The workload expectations were unrealistic, and I was terminated without a fair assessment of my abilities. This should illustrate the lack of integrity within the organization. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I believe it should remain visible.
