Terrible customer service - box not delivered. Then they charge me for a replacement which I have also not received. I have left 2 phone messages and emailed 3 times and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply to me, let alone refund the amount charged without my authorisation. Do NOT deal with this company - they have no customer care or service.I see you've responded - that's taken 4 months!!! So this is absolutely how awful your customer service is. Don't buy from this company is my advice.
