Purchased 6 month plan, set up my account and got the app. The app can't find my account. Several attempts to get account fixed and no resolution. As you'll see, others before me have had the same issue. Really disappointed. I was looking forward to trying this. They won't fix my account and refuse to refund me. Scam company!
Haven’t use his program yet, and yet here we are, being automatically prompted to do so, so cannot leave an honest opinion about it except to say that there are many pages of upsell’s to work your way through before you actually get to the program you’ve purchased. Upsells are so annoying.
It would be helpful if the water could be logged as ounces for one It’s a bit frustrating as I am very excited to get started but I have not been able to access my plan as of yet!! Look forward and hopeful that someone is able to get me hooked up with my plan or instructions on obtaining the plan!! This is day 2 of trying to obtain the plan
