I installed the app on my device and clicked a link for a supposed 7-day free trial. After entering my details, I was charged right away. When I reached out to customer support, they insisted that the free trial wasn't available, despite evidence suggesting otherwise. They refused to issue a refund, even though I contacted them within 15 minutes. I watched one program that was filled with ads and of poor quality, and I haven't used the service since. I logged in today to ensure my subscription wouldn't renew, which prompted this review.
