The neck relax massager advertised arrived and despite following all instructions it did not work fully. I wrote and complained and requested my money back and a returns label to send back the faulty product. I then looked on Trust pilot and found that many people had had the same experience for the neck relax and other products made by Ecom.Eventually I had an email asking me to video the product and my actions to show Ecom that I had followed instructions. I have of course followed instructions and it still does not work. Any decent company would apologise and send me another product and a returns label or a returns label and my money back. This company is clearly a scam and I warn others not to buy anything from them.
