ROBBERS….

They still your money nothing else. I received a bill of a certain amount but ENDESA withdraw more from my bank account. I have contacted them and a reply was informing me that I was received a full reply in 7 days but I didn’t receive any reply, now I will contact them and the European consumers centre to get my money back..STAY AWAY!!!

I was looking to change my supplier but having read the reviews on Endesa, it looks like it won't be this one. Although there was one recent positive comment, the rest have been very bad. Why is the company not doing something about these bad reviews? Whoever is in charge is obviously not doing a very good job about customer service.Sooo I went on to another site; Energia Comparajá.pt and a phone call came from Diago. he compared what I am paying to what could be paid...also he did mention that people do tend to review when when they have negative experience to positive experence.so yes I guess people respond and get angry when things are not going well. Perhaps we should compliment more often for the good service we receive.... So this company takes commission from the companies that they recommend but it is up to your choice. They take your last bill and analyse against the other companies and then you decide...Why am I still on this site?? As they didn't give me this company as a good comparison?? If you are actually happy with the comparison. They hand over your information to the new supplier and that is that! Hopefully we can put this 'review site on TrustPilot so we believe they are doing a good job for us all.Thank you Diogo!!

Excellent Service

Went to the offices to change the tariff and met with Celene, who spoke very good English and within 20 min, all done with paperwork issued. Thank you Celena for all your help.Ideally, could have done it online but did not follow the complex pricing nor did not see the tariff that was recommended.

I asked for an urgent request to turn on my electricity and gas, because I have 2 babies and I’ve been now 5 days without electricity at home or gas, we can’t even take showers, use a microwave or anything! E-redes confirmed they didn’t make an urgent request they submitted a normal one when I told them several times I have no living conditions and this needed to be put up urgently. The staff speak with you like a robot repeating the same BS all the time rather than go an extra mile to try to help! Its sad that companies like this exist, today is 4/11 and we still without eléctricity

I payed my bill (231 euro) twice to Endesa because they sent me a reminder that a bill 6 months ago hasn’t been payed. I was stressed on my first day going for vaccation so I just payed the bill, but I later found out that I already payed it. After calling Endesa numerous time, they eventually came back and said it was refunded to me already 6 months back. I have been to Endesa main office twice without them being abled to help. I have called my bank, checked my account, and of course I have never received any refund. I provided the whole bank statement to Endesa, but they just continue to say it's been refunded. It's ridiculous, they can't even provide a payorder to me with the details of the transfer.I have no more words for this company

Utterly incompetent fraudulent company

Utterly incompetent fraudulent company. Avoid them at all costs.They failed to issue electricity bills for over a year, then billed for everything at once (despite promising to spread the back-dated bills). They overcharged several hundreds euros on an estimated reading (despite having real readings provided), and never refunded.

I honestly cannot say anything other than the best of things about our experience dealing with Endesa and also everyone at Grupo Oritz who they contract to do the electrical work for themEveryone has bent over backwards to sort out our problem with the service and how it was best addressed and rectifiedWe are kept informed and the work they have done is impeccable and they leave everything clean and tidy after they are doneAny company is only as good as the staff they have working for them and the contractors they have working with them and Grupo Ortiz who have been doing the work on our property are thorough and precise and first class from beginning to endThank you very very much Endesa and Grupo Ortiz. We appreciate all of your efforts and attention

Shocking service!

If I could I would rate them with zero!!!!I was never sent bills via email as was agreed, I received two hard copies in six months and then lots of messages telling me I needed to pay my monthly bills. How could I pay if I did not receive bills. Last week I received two messages stating I needed to pay €88.68, having received messages previously I accepted but was surprised at the huge increase to the previous month but I paid only to discover Endesa has no record of this amount even though the references for payment is theirs. I have spent hours and hours, tears and frustration, trying to resolve this. Stress levels have gone through the roof. Cannot submit proof of payment as the App says I don't exist and cannot submit via their site - I have tried about twenty times. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there were none available but I would be called back, still waiting for the call. It looks as if I am going to have to accept I will never get reimbursed.STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Outstanding Bills

I didn't receive any bills for six months and didn't realise at first that no payments were being taken from my bank account. This caused me to be hugely in debt to them and despite saying they would come to an arrangement with me to clear this gradually no solution has been forthcoming. I paid three bills, two with Correos and one by bank transfer and planned to clear another when I received my pension. However on checking my bank account they had, without warning, debited my bank with all the outstanding bills at once, including two of the three I had already paid! It was fortunate I had enough funds in the account to cover it. Customer service is awful.
