Worst , pathetic service.. don't buy any product .after purchasing we have to beg them for installation.. the customer care wont bother what we said...requesting not to waste your money and peace..except stress customer care will not help you
One of the pathetic service in Yelahanka new town area. No care cares after getting the amc payments, when request is created they just visit to sell another version of Aquaguard or just open the product and they leave. Never turns back unless we buy something from them. The gold amc contract is nothing no value at all.
Very bad experience with Eureka Forbes. I booked my filter candle renewal online on 4th April, but I still haven’t received it. When I contacted the local office, they either said the candle isn’t available or just didn’t respond to my calls. Every day they promise to send someone, but nothing has been done. I took an AMC. Within 1 month, my water purifier stopped working. Raised complaint in app - no one responded. The technician’s number, In Eureka Forbes app is an invalid number. Their chat bot is totally unhelpful. Their call centre is unhelpful. They are cheats. Be aware of scams of their AMC. Don’t take it. They will torture you to death after taking your money.

I ordered water purifier on April 20, 2025. Its been more than 25 days, but till now I didn't receive the order. I escalated to all higher management.. called all possible number but no response and no resolution. Where the order was from.eureka forbes website. RIDICULOUS PPL.I asked to cancel and refund my amount they are not doing that or responding on that query.Foolish, filthy, pathetic agents who don't know how to resolve customer query. They even disconnect the call as their services are pathetic.The filthy higher management is not responding so we can understand how filthy these agent.DON'T BUY ANYTHING EUREKA FORBES.They are very SCAMERS & FRAUDSTERS.
Absolutely pathetic experience.Customer service is the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. Worthless, unresponsive, and completely useless.No accountability, no solutions. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity—go elsewhere.
If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. The after-sales service from Eureka Forbes is by far the worst I have ever encountered. There is a complete lack of accountability and basic courtesy — service tickets are raised, and then simply ignored. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no resolution. As a customer, you are left completely stranded. This level of negligence and poor service is simply unacceptable.
