Review Time
I spent almost $2,000 in one day at the Defuniak Springs location in Florida on new tires and an oil change. Oil change was performed on 8/2/2024 and today (11/3/2024) I decided to look under the hood. The oil cap was never put back on!! It was still stuck where the hood latch is. I'm awaiting a call from customer service to see how they plan to remedy the situation.
I had your store manager and tech Corey absolutely go out of his way to help me get a totally jacked up battery installed in my Honda today.I actually called as he was about to close and met me at another store, the Auto Zone in Johnstown, to get the battery set up. He not only met me here, on his own time, but worked and worked to get it fixed. I thank him and you for your service!!!
Austyn at the Barboursville,WV location really impressed me. I was in the waiting room waiting for tires, overhearing him help other customers. He treats everyone well regardless of their car knowledge. He showed several people tips and tricks they could use, without making them feel stupid. I hope my kids treat people as well as Austyn treats people!!
I will never come back here.they wasted my 4 hours waiting to my break pad to get change.and they never do it.ill pay babysitter i spent money to Starbucks waiting because they said it only take 2 hours.i got there 8:15 am and its already 12 noon when I approach them if my car is ready.but they said they all busy and they thought I just dropping off my car and I told to the woman that I told to the guy working there I’m just gonna be at Starbucks.im so disappointed because I was a good customer always go there I change my oil.i would never recommend this place again to anyone.waste my time just like that.and the women working there have attitude I don’t like her.express at 211 is such a disappointment.
