My tire blew out unexpectedly. Danny and his team found the problem and quickly got me back on the road. They provided fast, professional service.They gave great information to make the best decision for me. Since the tire couldn't be saved, I replaced both back tires.
I've been using Express Broken Arrow for many years now and the reason I continue to return is the service and quality of work has been consistently excellent. It's unusual that a chain outfit stays this good for this long, but it has. My last visit was this past Saturday and Chris the manager took good care of me and got me on my way pronto. Thanx again.
Repeat customer and I went in for my regular oil change, I noticed my headlights weren’t even. Brandon and Hunter went above and beyond to fix my headlights at no charge. I have been using them for years and have never had a problem and everyone is so respectful not only to customers but to each other. Great job guys!!
They are always professional and polite don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off or bothered to do things to my car yes I’m a lady and no they don’t try to sell me things I don’t need, love coming here , this time hunter helped me out and was very nice and polite. If your a lady and need an oil change come here !!!
