What a great service! Not only was the date for the engineers visit brought forward, but Chris the engineer (extremely pleasant and polite guy) arrived within the time scale provided, identified the problem almost immediately, had the part required with him, did the repair and was gone within an hour. No messing, no waiting, no ordering parts and waiting for weeks. I have never ever had such a brilliant service. Top, top notch.
