BEWARE of their ‘cash back’ promotions. They are a complete con. I bought a fridge freezer last year and was approved (this is a task in itself) for the cash back. They then never sent it ! I called and told them snd was told this was run by a company called Benamic. I called them and received an apology snd that the money eoukd come. It never did. And stil hasn’t. What is annoying is if you toy for a same model but slightly less prestigious brand - go for that one. It is the same quality. The cash bsck put them in at the same price - and is a complete con. Fisher & Paykel make nice products but their customer service is polite but inaffective and their promotions are not legitimate. I will be taking this further with them !
