I contacted Flight Centre as our booking was slightly out of the normal so couldn't book on normal booking sites. We wanted our Son who will only be 1 at the time of travel to have his own seat and not have to sit on our lap the whole flight.Frankie was very helpful and understood our requirements straight away. After our phone conversation I was not happy with the price so said I would look elsewhere, however could she email the quote to me. A couple of hours later Frankie emailed me to say that she had found a better deal. I was impressed with this deal and decided to book this. Frankie was very friendly and helpful. She also went the extra mile by finding a bette deal even after the call had finished.I will definitely use Flight Centre again.
Elizabeth Humphrey has been helpful, pleasant and efficient. What she says she will do, she does. Her emails are comprehensive and she is quite willing to expand on them and explain. Her suggestions have led to an expansion of my plans and I anticipate a far pleasanter journey than I feared.
We were a little lost as to where to take our holidays so arrived at the Flight Centre in Richmond undecided and also with opposing ideas. Eliza was hugely patient with us and expertly guided us towards what is an amazing holiday. I couldn't recommend her more for travel advice!
