Terrible customer service. I had a ticket from Porto airport to A Coruña and the bus left us in Vigo due to industrial action without an alternative. We had to buy a train ticket, spendind extra money and arriving 3h later than planned. When we contacted the company to get a refund they denied the cancelation of service. They simply say that we stay in Vigo because we wanted but the buses were operating as normal, which is not true. The driver told us to get off the bus and that no buses were going to A Coruña due to this industrial action.
