It's sad and tiring that we seem to live in a time where it is much smarter to check TrustPilot reviews instead of trusting our own experiences we made with companies just a few years back.I used to love this company - back in 2016 when I moved to the UK and came across this store, I was so pleased. I have since moved and the city I live in now doesn't have a Flying Tiger store, so I haven't been in one of their stores in a long time. I have gone ahead and ordered a few bits and pieces for Christmas and, seeing how shipping costed me £10, expected the package in the near future (I've had packages from Japan and the US arriving faster than this one) - it is still stuck in Poland and hasn't moved since Nov 10th. Customer service tells me to chill and that this delivery time is to be expected and reasonable - I disagree as I have family and friends in Germany and receive packages sent from them within 3-5 days for around the same cost of postage - yes, also in the busy season, in fact I received one just last week.Both Germany and Poland are in Europe, they are neighbouring countries, so I don't see how it is acceptable that just because it is from Poland, this takes 2x longer (or even more, it hasn't even moved yet as I said). Let's see if I will ever receive what I ordered in time for Christmas. Absolutely disappointed, from now on I will check the reviews of every company I order from, even if they served me well in the past and I really liked them.
