the say the car is at San Francisco airport and it is not.so its frustrating to take a shuttle to another destination to get your call. you have to read fine print down in a corner somewhere to see that it isn't, it just makes the process longer. car was actually fine. I got a toll for the bridge and I forgot to pay, they send my bill to australia, where I live, with an admin fee attached to which I dont mind. they state they will take the fee out of my credit card at the time to which I agree is fine but they dont and they continually send me bills and keep adding administration fees at a stupidly increased dollar value so now it is not ok. I would never book through this company again.
