I'm having a TERRIBLE online customer…

I'm having a TERRIBLE online customer service experience with them. Be careful if you're ordering online. I ordered a coat that was too small and kindly asked if I could change the size and received a cold response telling me to make a return to receive a refund first. I shipped the coat back, attached the receipt and had no answer. After three days still no answer and I see from the DHL tracking that the coat was already delivered at them (what about my money????!). In the meanwhile I placed a second order with the right size checking about the 2-4 days shipping and guess what? The coat hasn't been shipped yet. So they have my first coat, my money, my second coat and they don't answer the emails. They only answer on instagram telling you to write to the customer service email address (which I already did too many times). TERRIBLE
