***SCAM SCAM SCAM***Do not order from this company. Website says based in Germany but they are actually based in China. Ordered item but not recieved and they set up a monthly subscription without me knowing, luckily iv blocked this with bank. Do not order with this company. Tried to cancel order when i realised but no refund and no goods recieved!
Absolute scammers. Insist on subscriptions, take payment via shop.com. Thereafter, don't give you an option to cancel the subscription. They provide a fictitious tracking number; you'll never receive your order for Softgels.If you've been duped by them, please contact your bank to dispute the payment and to insist on a reverse charge.
This is a scam. You will lose your money and not receive the goods. A subscription will be set up and you cannot cancel this as the manage subscription link doesn’t work. Neither does the e mail address supplied. You need to raise a dispute with your bank and this will stop any future payments getting into their thieving little hands
