After starting my claim and its approval I waited a week to Cash Out My Coins before sending my 1st email regarding the delay. After a few days I had written 2 more emails before receiving a response. My claim was then updated and the funds were “available” to “Cash Out My Coins.”I again had to wait because the “ACH Processing System” was down. I again had to email support for help. I don’t think that I would use this service again in the future if I have a choice of extended warranty service.
