I recently ordered the coconut sensitive shampoo as a change from the normal one I order as my scalp has been feeling a little sore.I was really excited to try this product as iv found all the others iv tried to be really good. However I am left feeling extremely disappointed this shampoo does not leave my hair feeling clean - in-fact it feels like it hasn’t washed out properly and it has actually dried my hair out so much causing it to look frazzled. - this is not due to using heat as I have done nothing different and don’t use heat tools on my hair very often. I am not one to complain however I’m so disappointed with this product that I felt I had say something about it.I understand this is not the most expensive product but it is still frustrating when you spend your money on something to be so disappointed.
