I order a gift a few weeks ago, led to believe it will come in the lovely box advertised ,No in a cardboard (brown) box disgraceful, also wasn't mentioned before about paying a costum charge to Ireland so be careful ... won't order again. The least yous could of done for a 50e order was have a noce presentation box
I ordered 2 gift sets. One arrived in a presentation box but the other was all loose products.In the picture online they were both in gift boxes. I contacted and complained as both were a gift to 2 family members and I wanted them to be the same.I was given £1.99 as a refund.I contacted them again and said £1.99 will not buy a nice gift box.I heard nothing back
bought 3 conditioners and 3 shampoos to try as id seen them on social media plus they were on offer. i used today and its so good i really cant get over the quality especially for the low cost. its made my hair soft and super shiny. i would recommend these and i think ive found my new hair products for life theyre simply affordable luxeries simple as that

I was really excited to get my hair colour bundle. I then received it, with 2 missing items, no hair brush or no hair repair cream. Got on to the company to be told that I had to fill out a form (and after emailing numerous pictures to be told I needed to send them again and again) and I was livid as I already had to pay a custom fee to Ireland for these products. Really disappointed and won’t be purchasing again.
