This is the second mace I've purchased from the company, and I feel quite let down. It arrived late due to poor handling by the transport service, and I had to collect it from a pickup point 20 km away. Additionally, the packaging was damaged, and the mace is missing the bottom locking piece. It's unfortunate — I won't be making any future purchases.
