Atrocious support

As others have said, don’t expect any form of customer support. They’ll fob you off at any opportunity and will reply to emails at max once per day with a 1 sentence reply that does nothing to help. They try to drag things out on purpose, and play on the “language barrier” sometimes. I have a faulty amplifier and I cannot get any meaningful help, it’s like they’re trying their best to make me give up.
