Hike is by far the best POS software!

Hike is by far the best POS software out there. It's extremely easy to use, works with any hardware you already may have, and their customer service is extremely helpful! I'm honestly upset I didn't find it sooner because with it's easy QuickBooks and Woocommerce integration it has made my job so much easier. I would recommend this for any business needed new register software. Bonus: Everything you set up during your free trial carried over when you buy a license so you don't have to go through set up all over again!

I'm a brand new business, and had no idea of what type of POS system I wanted or needed. After searching and finding HikeUp, and doing the online trial, I found it easy to use and informative. Online Chat Support were very helpful and always got back to me within minutes. I would recommend HikeUp, as a POS System.

Papanui Cycles…rate Hike 8/10

Hi Kevin Lee here from Papanui Cycles in NZ. We have used for many years a previous POS, however with the move 3 years ago to online as well as in store the move to Hike POS was allot smoother than we thought.Hike support is outstanding, the product works and delivered what was promised. Updates are requested for certain requests we have suggested and are being followed through. Out of 10 so far I rate Hike a 8 ....to reach the 10 a few more updates as requested will make the home run.Thanks Kevin Lee chch, nz

Hike POS system is easy to set up and use , integrates easily with Accounting and E-Commerce

Hike POS system is easy to use, set up video guides allow you to troubleshoot and learn at your own pace - anytime day or night. Live Chat support is amazing and if you really get stuck you can talk to a human !!

HikePos.com - Help with API issues

Our company is developing a website integrated with an in-store Hike POS system. The website will rely critically on Hike's API, and specifically on webhooks for information exchange. Several issues occurred where the webhooks did not work as expected and would have made the integration impossible. The support provided by Hike's help team has been exemplary and all issues have been resolved within a few days (and nights). We must single out one of their team members, Alex, for particular commendation.
