They will NEVER refund you! I booked a room at a hotel that wouldn't allow me to stay because of my dog. The hotel told me they refunded me immediately and I booked another room with Hotel Tonight. Now I find out that hotel tonight denied my request for a refund even though the hotel gave hotel tonight their money back! Never again!!!! Now they'll have to deal with my chargeback.
