Ordered a jacket online, the wrong one was delivered. Sent it back via UPS. Hugo app says they’ve received the returned item on 9 April. It’s the 20th April and I’ve still not received my money back. You would expect major retail names to have return process perfect because it questions your commitment to a brand. I am going off you Hugo Boss! I am in the UK.Update: I went to the Guildford store and spoke to the manager. He was helpful and said he’d call customer service which he did and left me a voice mail. Update: got my money back after I called my bank and told them what had happened and they refunded me. Give this a go if you ordered online and didn’t get what you ordered.
