Deceptive service

I placed an order on December 5th and never received a confirmation. A month later, I was informed that it was delivered to an address I don't recognize, and I was told no refund would be issued because my address was incorrect. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Avoid this store

Please do not order from this store. It's a scam. I ordered two necklaces for my daughters for 2025, but received ones meant for grandchildren instead. I checked my order details but have no confirmation. I tried to contact them for returns, but the email doesn’t exist. I have proof of everything. This store is terrible and deserves to be shut down.

Terrible experience

The service is awful. I ordered a 'From Dad' journal for my daughter, and it took 18 days to arrive from overseas. The post office said the label was fake, so I had to pay for shipping again. When I opened it, I found it was a 'From Mom' journal instead. Stay away!

Scam alert

I had to give at least one star. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas on November 25, 2025, and still haven't received it. I've emailed the support team three times with no response, and there's no phone number to call. This feels very unprofessional, and I suspect it's a scam. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Poor customer support

They wouldn't cancel my order just minutes after I accidentally purchased it. Customer service was slow, and communication in English was challenging. The same products are available on other platforms for a much lower price.
