I placed an order and was charged, and then I got an email saying my order was canceled. I was not given any explanation as to why this happened. Then I was only refunded a dollar when I paid $2.99 plus shipping.

I ordered a lipstick and a mystery box and each came with a little sticky note pad as a free gift! Ibentoy has extremely cute products and I will definitely order from them again and I recommend shopping here!

Tax prices are not included and dont pop up at checkout

I thought i would buy a nice pair of contact lenses and a lip stick for a decent price, but at the end i got scammed. The price said 15€ for the contacts and 5€ for the lipsticks, aka 20€ in total - but the website didnt show me at the checkout that there were 5€ shipping costs (which i would be fine with) but another 5€ for taxes? Are you kidding me? You should include the tax price in your product price like every other company?! AND you should show those extra prices at the checkout and not AFTER!Havent seen such a scam in a long time :) im happy i didnt buy more than that!

Safisfied!

I bought some iPhone cover from the shop and they arrived after almost a month. They were perfect! Unfortunately one of them arrived with a tiny problem because of the logistic transport, but I wrote immediately an e-mail to the owner of the shop and helped me on sending another cover of the same type (obviously without paying again for that). I’m super happy and satisfied!
