The product I order was shipped very well and arrived very safe. The only improvement was the timing of the shipment seemed longer and I tried to access the shipment tag in a email I received and it did not work. I replied via email and you all responded back very quickly which I highly appreciated so overall everything went well may need to look at your IT apps a bit.
