The controller came as shown, but the Xbox 360 seemed to be fine with all the cables but once connected had the 3 rings of death.Meaning it came broken, I got a refund which I'm happy about but I just wish ( and it probably happens ) before sending, they check the product again for defects or testing to see if the product still works.
