Review Time
My add was rejected saying the product (a mobile phone) is not available in Sri Lanka when the product was launched weeks ago in SL funny thing is by the time there were 6 other posts approved to the same product = I felt like their agents are been bribed by the members to minimize the competition. (This was a paid advertisement not a single call received for justifications)
Never post an advertisement with them. They are very efficient till they collect money. One of the poorest advertisers. I have paid for the ad for one month for an apartment and needed to change the photos. I couldn't do that even after several communications on WhatsApp. They don't answer your calls. When I check the ad after few days as I didn't get a single call. They have removed my ad. How can they remove it without my knowledge. Just a waste of your money.
Worst service ever. Placed an urgent order on the 6th September. They informed that they will deliver it by 13th Monday. Today is 16th. Still not delivered.I called them more than 20 times from 6th - 16th to ask about the order. Took my landline and mobile number. That's all.No one called me even I don't no what happened to the parcel. Yesterday also I called 4 times. Even now also I calles.but did the same....took my contact number that's all. Very very bad and worst customer care. Will never order with this site.Bad, worst site ever I dealt with.Really irresponsible people.Just garabbing money from the customer.
Uneducated staffs are working in ikman.lkI am posting an ad for software product which i have developed by my own. i have added some screenshots of my software. These people are not accepting for the reason that i did't add actual picture of the product. These 1diots does not know that a software is a virual product not a physical product.
Ikman.LK is so cunning and cheaters that’s they play a huge unfair monopoly. We’ve noticing by adding a few adds from different accounts under different name. A few paid packages ( boosting ads) and a few regular( no boost). They target paid or professional advertisers and force them to become a member. If they refuse they lay low their adds. And ads have no response. On the other hand anonymous add by a regular person will have more response. Call center and people who work for ikman are so rude and being so into grab money from the advertisers they keep speaking as if they are so demanding.
